Pricing
Your one-time Butterfield Trail Village entrance fee purchases a life lease on an Apartment, Cottage or Village Home. Once it is paid and you have moved into the residence, you enjoy an independent lifestyle in your new residence as long as you are able to do so.
A monthly service charge covers one meal a day, 24-hour security and emergency service, all utilities except cable TV and phone service, interior and exterior maintenance, grounds keeping, housekeeping, social activities, transportation services and access to an indoor heated pool, spa and exercise room. Skilled nursing services and short-term rehabilitative services are available on an as-need basis. The fee amount that each resident pays depends on the size of his or her apartment and the number of occupants.
Carriage Club
At Butterfield Trail Village, you can start enjoying special treatment even before you make your move. After your application and $2,000 application fee is approved, we want you to start enjoying our way of living. As a Carriage Club Wait List Member, the following amenities are available:
- Invitation to BTV Social Activites
- Eating in our dining room twice a month
- Free subscription to Overland Express, where you can get to know our residents and stay up-to-date on what's going on in our community
- Announcements of special programs, guest artists and cultural events
- Quarterly subscription to the Trailblazer newsletter
