Kim Moore

As Butterfield’s Chief Financial Officer, Kim Moore analyzes financial and operational data to optimize efficiencies and provide the best possible service and value to residents. Kim oversees the BTV Business Office to ensure that she and her team provide timely and accurate data needed to keep administrative functions running smoothly. She joined Butterfield in June of 2017 after more than 20 years with A.G. Russell Knives in Rogers, where she started as general manager and rose to executive vice president. She has an accounting degree from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from John Brown University. She and her husband Mike live in Springdale with their three daughters. In her spare time, Kim likes to to cook, spend time with family and attend her daughter’s volleyball games.
