At Butterfield
The BTV Fitness and Wellness Department’s team of professionals is available to provide residents with an array of guided options appropriate for varied fitness levels and mobility. A range of exercise classes is available, including tai chi, aerobics, yoga, strength training and more. Each session is designed to support the specific needs of seniors, helping our residents maximize balance, mobility, strength and flexibility.
Aquatic & Wellness Center
The crown jewel of Butterfield’s Wellness & Aquatic Center is the heated pool with dedicated lap lanes, and areas for warm-water therapy and deep-water aerobics. The center also has a fully equipped gym complete with senior specific cardio-strength equipment. A hot tub and massage therapy services round out the amenities.

Fayetteville Trails
The beauty of the seasons can best be enjoyed by walking or riding a bicycle on Fayetteville’s trails. The city has 40 miles of paved shared-use trails, and more are underway. Butterfield residents have convenient direct access to the Mud Creek Trail, which adjoins the southern border of the Village.
