Melinda Silva

Take a look around our Village community, and you’ll find Melinda Silva hard at work organizing initiatives to showcase how fulfilling life is at Butterfield, and all there is to offer. A native of Harrison, Ark., Melinda spent more than a decade in corporate training and development at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. She joined the Butterfield Foundation in 2001 and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2005.

Melinda takes great pride in building relationships with residents and their families. As she sees it, people choose Butterfield to be part of the active lifestyle and close-knit community, while receiving superlative care and services along the way. Melinda has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas. She and her husband enjoy riding motorcycles cross-country.
