Patricia Poertner

With a heart for service, Patricia Poertner puts her energies behind providing a safe and enriching lifestyle for residents at Butterfield Trail Village. A licensed social worker with a bachelor’s degree in social work, Patricia joined the Butterfield team in 2005. Prior to coming to BTV, she served a combined 13 years as a case manager in Benton County for the Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas and for the Area Agency on Aging of Southwest Arkansas in Magnolia.

At Butterfield, Patricia is responsible for providing, coordinating and overseeing resident care services. Her patience and sense of humor warm the staff and residents alike. In her spare time, Patricia teaches Sunday school and likes to spoil her grandchildren.
