Sail across the ocean to the islands for a delightful dinner prepared by Chef Memo, featuring traditional roasted pig, grilled fish, tropical fruits and a signature cocktail – the Mai-Tai. The evening will showcase songs and dances from ancient times, performed by A Touch of Aloha, a professional troupe of beautiful ladies adorned in colorful costumes as they share the artistry and culture of Hawaii under the direction of Leilani Sheldon.
