Is the Entry Fee refundable?

Butterfield’s Entrance Fee comes with a 12-month satisfaction guarantee. This option has a declining balance that is refundable if the resident moves out within five years of coming to campus. After the fifth full year, no portion of the Entrance Fee is refundable. Death of the resident does not qualify for a refund.
