Residents are invited to meet BTV employees’ little ghosts and goblins during the annual EAC Fall Festival in the Performance Hall. Employees are invited to bring their children or grandchildren all dressed up for Halloween, to revel in this favorite time of the year. Be ready to watch the kiddos enjoy fun games, a bounce house and food…plus loads of loads of candy!
